GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – PURE CONCIERGE

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  1. Pure Concierge: the company providing the sale of first- & business-class flight tickets, yacht rentals, luxury car rentals, and other concierge services.

  2. Client: any natural or legal person using the services of Pure Concierge.

  3. Services: the sale of flight tickets, yacht rental, luxury car rental, and all related concierge services.

  4. Agreement: any arrangement or contract between Pure Concierge and the Client.

2. Applicability

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, services, agreements, and deliveries by Pure Concierge.

  2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Pure Concierge.

3. Services

3.1 Flight Tickets

  1. Pure Concierge acts as an intermediary between the Client and the airline.

  2. The performance of the flight is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.

  3. Once issued, flight tickets are generally non-refundable and non-changeable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Luxury Car Rentals

  1. Clients must provide a valid driver’s licence and identification document.

  2. A security deposit is required; the amount will be communicated prior to booking.

  3. Any damage occurring during the rental period is fully the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Smoking in the vehicles is strictly prohibited.

 

 

3.3 Yacht Rentals

  1. Certain yachts require a recognised boating licence.

  2. Fuel, crew, port fees, and additional services are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

  3. Any damage or violations during the rental period are the Client’s responsibility.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in euros and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  2. Payment must be completed within the payment term specified by Pure Concierge.

  3. A booking is confirmed only after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations

  1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  2. Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the airline’s cancellation policies.

  3. For car and yacht rentals, the following cancellation fees apply:

    • Up to 30 days before the start date: 25% of the rental amount

    • Between 30 and 7 days before the start date: 50%

    • Less than 7 days before the start date: 100%

  4. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

6. Liability

  1. Pure Concierge is not liable for delays, cancellations, modifications, or errors caused by airlines, rental partners, or other third parties.

  2. Pure Concierge is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.

  3. Pure Concierge is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit or consequential loss.

7. Complaints

  1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service being delivered.

  2. Pure Concierge will respond within 14 days.

8. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, and severe weather), Pure Concierge may suspend or cancel the agreement without liability for damages.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
